  • How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?
    Before listing, we take the time to ensure your property is market-ready and appealing to prospective tenants. While the time it takes to lease a home can vary based on factors like local competition, time of year, pricing, and property condition, our goal is to secure a qualified tenant within 3 weeks or less. Throughout the process, you’ll receive a weekly activity report along with strategic recommendations from your Leasing Manager to help drive interest and keep things on track. Our focus is on finding the right tenant efficiently while maximizing your rental income.
  • How do you price my property?
    We do an exhaustive analysis of comparable properties in the market and price your home accordingly. The goal is to earn you the most rent possible while minimizing your vacancy rate and ensuring we place the most qualified tenants.
  • What makes you different from other Property Management Companies?
    We believe we provide better communication and care for our customers. Working with us brings you a depth of knowledge that’s hard to find elsewhere.
  • What if my tenant doesn’t pay?
    Our thorough tenant screening process is designed to significantly reduce the risk of nonpayment. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise—even with well-qualified tenants. If a tenant becomes unable to pay rent, we take prompt action by initiating the eviction process in accordance with all legal requirements. Our goal is to minimize vacancy time and place a new, qualified tenant in the property as quickly as possible. Additionally, we offer an optional Owner Benefits Package through Steady. This protection includes up to two months of rent coverage in the event your tenant defaults or must be evicted. We handle the claim filing process for you, and the cost is just $35 per month.
